For over a decade, City of Hope has been deemed one of the nation's elite cancer hospitals by U.S. News & World Report and is currently recognized as the leading cancer hospital in the West.

The Delhaven Community Center is a grass roots agency founded in the City of La Puente in 1972, Delhaven is dedicated to the strengthening of human life through social, educational, and recreational leisure time activities in a structured and supervised setting.

We focus on providing affordable opportunities which will address the needs of our community, providing a nurturing environment which will help strengthen the family unit, provide opportunities for volunteer leadership, provide opportunities for individuals to challenge themselves to live their lives in the best possible fashion based upon strong moral principles, and to provide activities in which individuals of all ages, color, and creed may experience acceptance, respect, love and personal growth in a caring environment.

 

The Gabriel Foundation / Industry Hills Charity Pro Rodeo   www.industryhillsrodeo.org/

The Industry Hills Charity Pro Rodeo annual event draws thousands of spectators from all over California and beyond. Many of the nation's most notable Rodeo competitors will be showcased and involved in bringing one of the best shows on the west coast.

The Rodeo is put on by the Industry Hills Charity Events Council and all proceeds go to benefit the Gabriel Foundation. This annual Rodeo has contributed more than 2.3 million to disadvantaged children throughout San Gabriel Valley since it began.

The Hacienda La Puente Unified School District is dedicated to maximizing the talents, interests, and abilities of all its students, enabling them to meet the challenges and opportunities of a changing world. The district curriculum is based on the California State Frameworks. Classroom instruction is integrated, thematically applied, technologically integrated, and sensitive to the individual learning styles of students and the needs of the multicultural community we serve.

 

Industry Sheriff’s Youth Activities League            www.industryyal.org/

The Industry Sheriff’s Station Youth Activities League is a non-profit organization working together with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.  Our program is supported by the City of Industry, and by generous donations from local businesses and private citizens. The support has allowed us to continue providing these programs free of charge to all participants.  If you would like to donate to this program, please contact us.  Your contributions go directly to providing quality programs designed to keep our children gang and drug free.

Meals On Wheels, Industry is a non-profit, volunteer driven community service, food delivery program serving seniors in the communities of Bassett, City of Industry, Diamond Bar, Hacienda Heights, La Puente, Rowland Heights, Valinda, Walnut, and West Covina in eastern Los Angeles County. We deliver well balanced meals to people who have difficulty obtaining meals for themselves due to physical, mental, financial or other conditions that fit within the criteria to qualify for the program.

 

Rudy Chavarria Scholarship Foundation          www.rudychavarria.org/

The Rudy Chavarria Scholarship Foundation is a public foundation established by Rudy Chavarria who dedicated 50 years of his life to the students of the Hacienda La Puente Unified school District. He worked 40 years for the district and retired in 2003 to pursue his lifelong dream of running for the school board to make a difference in the lives of students and staff. He was elected to the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District Board of Education in 2005 and served two successful terms as a school board member, finally retiring in 2013 to start this foundation.
